Our Property Maintenance Team

Chris is a lifelong member of the Southern Georgian Bay community and hails from a multi-generation farming family. He founded Yard Boys Ltd. at the age of thirteen and transformed it into one of the region's most established property maintenance companies, later expanding to offer irrigation services under Georgian Sprinklers. As president and CEO, Chris remains actively involved in the business, continuing to support its growth, operations, and long-standing customer relationships, including their popular grass cutting services.

Andrew oversees the day-to-day operations at Yard Boys Ltd., managing crew schedules for grass cutting services and snow plowing while ensuring teams are equipped to work efficiently and safely. He plays a key role in coordinating crews, maintaining equipment, and keeping property maintenance operations running smoothly across the region. Known for his hands-on approach, Andrew takes pride in matching the right crew and equipment to each job to deliver consistent, high-quality results. He also supports operations at our sister company, Georgian Sprinklers, where his irrigation expertise plays an increasingly important role.

Glenda oversees office operations, scheduling, and customer communications for Yard Boys Ltd., the company’s grass cutting services and snow plowing division, managing day-to-day coordination for that side of the business. She also provides administrative and customer relations support for Georgian Sprinklers, assisting with client communication as needed. With strong local knowledge of the Southern Georgian Bay area, Glenda is known for her organization, reliability, and friendly, professional approach to property maintenance.
